ok so the last month has been crazy. I know that isnt an excuse but, I did not have a consistent schedule and as of Jan 1 I will my dad told me that he has enough work to keep me busy full time.
And since I have been waking up at 530 am I figured that I would get up and do 10 or so minutes of meditation and then do my morning pages.
